The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill of the Law "On Amendments to Article 147 of the Civil Code of Ukraine" (re the Announcement on Intention on the Share in the Statute Capital Selling) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№1179) resolves that the participant of the limited liability company, who has an intention to sell his share (its part) in the statute capital should announce it to the other participants of the limited liability company through the registered letter with the announcing on the delivery.
